Admission to Rum Route, Rise & Rum, and Liquid Gold is included in your package.

I have all the tickets and will coordinate entry for our group at each event, so there's nothing additional you need to purchase or arrange.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5

Oistins Under the Stars

6:00–10:00 PM

Kick off our Barbados weekend with a taste of authentic Bajan culture! Enjoy freshly prepared local food, music, and the lively atmosphere of Oistins.

what to know

Admission to Oistins is free.

A table will be reserved for our group.

We'll have the opportunity to pre-order our meals to minimize waiting time.

The menu is expected to be released during the week of the festival. I'll share it as soon as I receive it.

Food and beverages are available for individual purchase.

After dining, you're welcome to explore Oistins at your leisure.

Please return to our designated meeting point for the scheduled group pickup.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6

Rum Route

6:00–11:00 PM

Experience Barbados' legendary rum culture as we journey from Pelican Island through Rihanna Drive, enjoying local rum shops, music, and activities along the way. The evening continues to St. Lawrence Gap, with a lively finale at 6Mix!

Return to our designated pickup location for group transportation.

A complimentary Rum Route T-shirt and tumbler will be provided.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7

Rise & Rum Breakfast Beach Party

4:30–10:30 AM

Start your morning with music, breakfast, and the energy of a Barbados beach party!

what to know

Dress theme: Yellow!

Wear comfortable footwear suitable for a beach event.

Return to our designated pickup location for group transportation.

Transportation: 4:00 AM departure from Hilton Barbados Resort.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7

Flawless Private Catamaran Experience

2:30–7:00 PM

An afternoon on the beautiful Caribbean Sea, exclusively arranged for our group.

Swim, relax, enjoy the sunshine, and take in Barbados from a whole new perspective.

Liquid Gold Feast

7:00 PM

End the festival on a high note with an evening celebrating exceptional food, drinks, and the vibrant spirit of Barbados.

Return to our designated pickup location for group transportation.

Transportation: 6:00 PM departure from Hilton Barbados Resort.

GROUP TRANSPORTATION & MEETING POINTS

Transportation to and from our scheduled experiences is provided by Blu Isles.

Departing Hilton: Please arrive in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Returning to Hilton: Each event will have a designated meeting location and return pickup time.

Exact meeting points and return times will be shared through our guest WhatsApp group.

Please be mindful of scheduled departure times so we can keep the group moving smoothly.
